We recruit and manage crews for Arriva Shipping's self-discharging dry cargo fleet, trading mainly along the Norwegian coast and Northern Europe. Operating since 2014, we combine vessel familiarity, fair processes and disciplined planning.
The shipowner has operated since 1972 and is headquartered in Ølensvåg, western Norway. With over 20 years of sea experience and more than a decade in crew recruitment, Arriva Agency knows what it takes to build truly exceptional maritime teams.

Frequently asked questions
Do you charge seafarers any recruitment fees?
No. Arriva Shipping Polska does not charge seafarers any direct or indirect fees related to the recruitment process. Any costs incurred during recruitment or travel to the vessel are reimbursed by the shipowner.
How long are the contracts and rotations?
We offer convenient, family-friendly contracts in fixed rotations. Most contracts are signed for a period of one or two months.
How do I apply?
We run no job board. Send your CV via the form on this page or to office@arrivashipping.eu, and our crewing team will contact you directly when a position matches your qualifications.
Does my CV go into an open database?
No. Your CV stays with us, is not shared in any open database, and is processed under GDPR solely for recruitment purposes.
Which documents do I need?
Certificates of competency, course certificates, medical certificates, a seaman's book and a passport. All documents must be certified in line with the STCW convention and flag state requirements.
Where does the fleet trade?
Arriva Shipping's self-discharging general cargo vessels carry dry cargo mainly along the Norwegian coast and in Northern Europe.
